Your satisfaction matters to us. All products come with a free trial, so you can test everything before you buy.

We also provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for all products (except monthly subscriptions). Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase. Every request receives individual review.

When You Can Get a Refund

You can receive a refund under these situations:

Duplicate purchase

If you bought the same product more than once by accident, we will refund the extra order(s) in full.

Wrong version

If you purchased the product for the wrong platform (for example, Mac instead of Windows), buy the correct one and then contact us. We will refund the incorrect purchase.

Unresolved technical issue

If the product has a technical problem and we cannot fix it within 30 days after you report it, you can request a refund.

Unexpected auto-renewal

If an auto-renewal happened and you didn’t plan to continue, you can request a refund within 7 days of the renewal.

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable, but you can cancel your plan anytime to stop future charges.

When a Refund Isn’t Possible

Refund requests will not be approved in these cases:

General statements without clear issues

For example:

"It’s not what I thought."
"It didn’t work like I expected."
"I can’t use it."

Change of mind

For example:

"I don’t want it anymore."
"This isn’t what I need."
"I changed my mind."

Accessing the product and later deciding not to use it does not qualify for a refund.

How Long the Refund Takes

Refunds go back to the same payment method used for your original purchase.

Most refunds take 1–3 days, but some payment methods may take up to 7 days.
